If your clients' needs are outside your local expertise or geographical area, you can refer them to another Laubia Group member firm with the confidence that they will receive the same high standard of service that your company provides. Once you have joined the Laubia Group network, other Laubia Group member firms can also refer new business and opportunities to your company.

Are you a Professional Executive, do you have what the Laubia Group Team is looking for?

Do you have at least 5 years professional experience as an independent executive, or are you able to demonstrate the drive, initiative and enthusiasm to embark as an independent?
You will have a proven track record gained in SME and Multinational environments where you may have outgrown your own sphere. You are looking to make that next step and to develop synergistically through increased visibility, shared market development and the support of successful network partnering. You are looking for new opportunities, are open to horizons and are willing to contribute with your initiative, enthusiasm, personality and experience.
You are an entrepreneur, manager and leader with passion and drive. Transparent, ethical, structured and targeted orientated, you will have a marketing flare, enjoy working with people, a real passion for consulting, have an established network, and decision-maker level. Applicants ideally qualified to an MBA level with fluency in English and other languages to complete your Laubia Group Team member profile.

In brief is this your professional executive profile:

Minimum experience as line manager of 5 years and consultant of 3 years
Minimum age of 30-35
University Degree or diploma
Have held management position(s)
Has an active and excellent network at Corporate Level
Understands the local and the global markets (think global, act local mentality)
Self-starter, pragmatic thinker, analytical, team-worker, leader, disciplined
Willing to act as Laubia Group brand ambassador
Business Developer, with potential or ambitious to act as Business Line Principal or Country Manager
